After approximately 2h driving we will be in Mostar, a city on the Neretva River in Bosnia and Herzegovina. After walking trought old town you will have free time to visit the old craft shops or enjoy a traditional Turkish food in local restaurants. Mostar was named after the bridge keepers (natively: mostari) who in the medieval times guarded the Stari Most (Old Bridge) over the Neretva. The Old Bridge, built by the Ottomans in the 16th century, is one of Bosnia and Herzegovina's most recognizable landmarks, and is considered one of the most exemplary pieces of Islamic architecture in the Balkans.
From Mostar we will drive to Blagaj where we are going to see Buna river cave spring as one of the most powerful in Europe, if not the most powerfull and Old Blagaj Tekija (Dervish house).Blagaj is by many perhaps the most beautiful village in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This old stone Ottoman village will afford you the unfogettable times and great experience. Just imagine Neretva river flows beneath, and you have a coffee or lemonade in 500 years old village.
